Semester Project Visit of Lower Grade

The Semester Project is one of the learning methods implemented by Sekolah Noah to enhance the educational experience. By engaging in comprehensive projects, students can apply theoretical concepts in practical contexts, fostering a deeper understanding and retention of the material. The first stage involves researching and gathering information directly from the field, known as the Educational Trip.

Additionally, our students have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge and develop practical skills through hands-on, real-world learning experiences. This semester’s Educational Trip is designed to:

  • Understand Indonesia’s cultural diversity through the values of Pancasila
Students will explore how, despite Indonesia’s vast cultural differences—such as traditional musical instruments, clothing, and languages—Pancasila serves as a unifying principle.
  • Recognize and appreciate the application of Pancasila values within Indonesia’s diversity
For example, they will learn about the importance of unity despite differences, which is central to Indonesia’s national motto, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity).
  • Explore Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage, including traditional clothing, crafts, and music
Through hands-on activities, students will gain a deeper understanding of Indonesian customs, beliefs, and values, emphasizing the need to preserve cultural diversity for future generations.

We hope students will maximize this experience by applying their knowledge and insights to create impactful and well-researched projects. By integrating what they’ve learned, we believe they will not only deepen their understanding but also develop creative solutions and innovative ideas that reflect the richness of Indonesia’s cultural diversity.
