Job Description
  • Handle Payroll, PPh 21, BPJS
  • Design the organizational structure according to the effectiveness of the Company’s policy
  • Design the Company Regulations & related work procedures
  • Design the job desks and qualifications for each position according to the company structure
  • Develop an employee performance appraisal system (including attendance / overtime attendance performance analysis)
  • Manage recruitment processes (including job fairs) and recruitment as needed
  • Improve the quality of employee work
  • Set the penalties and fines violations of employee management
  • Set the management for promotional contract employee status for promotion contracts, demotion / mutation / rotation / layoffs)
  • Manage employee insurance and company inventory assets
  • Set the management of company permits; including labour permits
