Embracing The Differences in The Unity of Indonesia

As part of our learning process, grade 1 and 2 students at Sekolah Noah participated in a seminar in collaboration with Museum Indonesia, on 15 August 2024. This seminar is directly linked to their semester project, where students will explore deeper into the application of Pancasila values within the context of cultural diversity.

Additionally, they are introduced to specific cultural treasures, such as the Asmat culture with its Tifa and Fu musical instruments, and traditional Javanese instruments such as Gendang and Gamelan, all of which are integral to the nation’s cultural heritage that must be respected and preserved.

Through this seminar, it is hoped that the students will develop a greater appreciation and understanding of Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage and the importance of applying Pancasila values in daily life. The research projects they create will serve as a foundation for shaping a young generation that loves their country and actively participates in preserving the nation’s cultural heritage.
